A Bit About Me
I have been on what one might call “the path of a seeker” from the time I was a small child. Asking neighbors to take me to their different churches, and ultimately travelling to India to sit at the feet of gurus and teachers, as well as being in the presence of teachers right here at home. I am a student of “non-dual” teachings, and am open to Truth in whatever form it presents itself. After my long years of seeking I now realize, I am always home in my spiritual heart. Through my personal work and working with my clients, I have come to learn that to be present and accept reality as it is in the moment, is a pleasant, although not always easy, way to live in a complex world. I have been working as a Transformational Coach/Guide/Teacher for over 30 years.
I have been trained and certified in multiple modalities, (which will be described.) I have been married to the same lovely man for many decades, and have four children, three of ours and a lovely stepson. My life has been my greatest teacher of love, joy, loss and great grief. My youngest son, Seneca, died in 1988 of cancer, his life, illness and death have deepened my capacity for love and compassion, and I came to understand when trying to process difficult states, working with all aspects, body, mind, emotions and spirit must be addressed. I teach classes, hold Women’s Gatherings, write, and work one-on-one virtually and sometimes in person. My intention and greatest joy when working with clients is to be a guide and comfort when traversing difficult or confusing transitions. My hope is that our work together leads you to deep and lasting transformations, and an appreciation of who you REALLY are, not who you “think” you are, or who others ‘think’ you who you are, but WHO YOU REALLY ARE.
