January 2023

Another year has passed, and seemingly so quickly.

We are being asked to reflect on what has been, in order to move onto the next adventure.

But, more importantly, we are being asked to step into the unknown.

Over and over again, we are being asked to relinquish the known for the next “unknown” moment,

and are being asked to relinquish what we believe to be “known” for an “open” and unexpected future.

A future that in reality unfolds moment by moment.

A future that only holds sway in how we choose to “frame” the unfolding.

We have the ability to respond to this “New Year,” this “new energy,” with a “pre-conceived mindset, or an open heart.

So the question put before us is this… is our frame “fixed,” or “open” to Life as LIFE chooses to unfold.

We will be asked to change the frame many times as this year unfolds.

Our contentment or suffering depends on our flexibility and openness as Life offers Its teachings.

It is a practice to hold our lives in an awake and aware openness of Love and Witnessing.
