Important Inquiry
What are we inviting into our life and consciousness at this interesting moment in life?
We are exposed to so much information, more than many of us have experienced in our lifetime. How is it that we are meant to process all of this? How do we “manage” our input? What are we drawn to, and are we “hooked” by certain topics? Are we “feeding” ourselves with information that enriches, or diminishes us? These are important questions to ask at this time.
"
If you are tired, irritable, unhappy, or stressed, I would encourage you to look at how you spend your time “online honestly. Are you taking time “offline” in a way that nurtures your heart and soul? How do we, all of us, discern what is beneficial for our well-being? I would encourage you FIRST, to pay attention to your body, it speaks to us, constantly, it holds our stories and if we pay attention will let us know when we are out of balance, and when listened to it will bring us back to ourselves.
After listening, grow quiet and ask, “What do you want me to know?” Notice any thoughts, images, or memories that appear, and write them down, and continue to ask, “Is there more I need to know?” And finally, ask, “What do you want or need from me?” And write down the answer.
With love and Light…Alexis
