Time to Inquire
Important Inquiry
What are we inviting into our life and consciousness at this interesting moment in life?
We are exposed to so much information, more than many of us have experienced in our lifetime. How is it that we are meant to process all of this? How do we “manage” our input? What are we drawn to, and are we “hooked” by certain topics? Are we “feeding” ourselves with information that enriches us, or diminishes us? And how is this impating our body, mind and Spirit? These are important questions to ask in these times.
If you are feeling tired, irritable, unhappy, or stressed, I would encourage you to honestly look at how you are spending your time “online.” Are you taking time “offline” in ways that nurture your body, heart and soul? How do we, all of us, discern what is beneficial for our well-being? I would encourage you FIRST, to pay attention to your body, it speaks to us, constantly, it holds our stories, both positive and challenging, if we pay attention it will let us know when we are out of balance, and when listened to deeply,it hasthe great potential to bring us back to ourselves.
After closing your eyes and going inside and noticng the sensations our body's are carrying, ask these questons. “What do you want me to know?” Notice any thoughts, images or memories that appear, write them down, go back inside and continue to ask, “is there more I need to know?” And finally, ask, “what do you want or need from me?” Write down the answers, and ponder the wisdom of your body and your heart/Spirit.
With love and Light…Alexis
